Final EIS
File 2: Final EIS W/O Appendices (PDF, opens in a new tab). This file is the body of the Final EIS. It contains the description of the Proposed Action and alternatives, affected environment, environmental consequences, and responses to the comments received for the Draft EIS. The appendices of the Final EIS have been removed from this file and moved into a separate file to improve download time. This file is approximately 40 megabytes.
File 3: Final EIS Appendices (PDF, opens in a new tab). This file contains the appendices of the Final EIS. The appendices are:
- A - Record of Air Analysis and Record of Conformity Analysis Reports
- B - Documentation of agency and tribal consultation.
This file is approximately 50 megabytes.
